Temple of Time

Seven years

Chapter 9 of 16 of the Ocarina of Time remake walkthrough, played as Young Link, in 4 steps.

With all three stones, return to Hyrule Castle. The world changes when you draw the sword.

1. Return to the Hyrule Castle drawbridge. Zelda and Impa flee on horseback; Zelda tosses the Ocarina of Time into the moat. Dodge Ganondorf's shot, then dive for it and learn the Song of Time.
2. Before pulling the sword, do any child-only business you want finished: plant all Magic Beans, buy a Deku Shield, collect child Heart Pieces and Skulltulas. You can come back later, but the Door of Time trip is a walk. Tip: Use the Hearts and Skulltulas tabs with the Age filter set to Child.
3. In the Temple of Time, place the stones on the altar and play the Song of Time to open the Door of Time. Draw the Master Sword.
4. Adult Link awakens. Rauru explains the sages. Sheik meets you outside with the first hint; head to Kakariko.
