# Ganon's Castle

The final confrontation

**Chapter 16 of 16** of the Ocarina of Time remake walkthrough, played as Adult Link, in 5 steps.

Sheik reveals the truth and hands you the Light Arrows. Six sages build a bridge into the castle; six trials guard the tower.

1. Return to the Temple of Time with five medallions. Sheik gives you the Light Arrows, and Ganondorf captures Zelda.
2. Cross the rainbow bridge to Ganon's Castle. Optional: the Golden Gauntlets are in the Shadow Trial; with them, lift the pillar outside for the Double Defense fairy.
3. Clear the six trials: Forest (fans, Fire Arrows), Fire (Golden Gauntlets, Goron Tunic), Water (Blue Fire from the jars), Shadow (Lens of Truth, Hover Boots), Spirit (Bombchus, Mirror Shield), Light (Lens, Fire Arrows). Shoot each sealed barrier with a Light Arrow.
4. Climb the tower: Dinolfos, Stalfos, Iron Knuckles. Ganondorf: reflect his energy balls with the sword, stun with a Light Arrow when he staggers, and slash. Bottled Fairies are your insurance.
5. Escape the collapsing tower with Zelda within three minutes, then fight Ganon. Roll between his legs and strike the tail, or stun with Light Arrows. Recover the Master Sword when Zelda frees it and finish him.
