# Gold Skulltulas in Hyrule Field

In the original Ocarina of Time, Hyrule Field has **2 Gold Skulltulas** (of 100 in the game). This list is for the Nintendo Switch 2 remake and is checked against it as players confirm each one. How to get each:

- **Grotto under the tree near Kakariko** — The lone tree standing near the path to Kakariko hides a hole at its base; blast it open and drop in. Inside, the Skulltula clings to the upper wall, so a Boomerang or Hookshot is needed to kill it and retrieve the token.
- **Cow grotto under the boulder near Gerudo Valley** — On the west side of the field, inside the ring of standing stones near the Gerudo Valley road, a boulder covers a grotto. Remove it, drop in, and burn away the thick webs that fill the cave to expose the Skulltula on the wall.
