Ocarina Tracker has no accounts and does not ask for your name or email. This page lists everything the site stores.

Your progress stays in your browser

What you tick off, your notes, filters and theme are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data erases them; use the Save page to keep a backup.

Suggestions you send

If you use Suggest a fix, we store:

• what you wrote: the type, title, details and the optional link;
• a random ID that your browser creates and keeps, so moderators can see how many of one person's suggestions were accepted. It is not linked to your name or account anywhere;
• a one-way, salted hash of your IP address, used only to limit how many suggestions can be sent per day. We never store the IP address itself, and the hash is deleted after 30 days;
• when you sent it, and what moderators decided.

Suggestions may be published on the site, so don't include personal information in them. To have one removed, email contact@ocarinatracker.com with its title and roughly when you sent it.

Services that process data for us

• Cloudflare hosts the site and the suggestion service, and runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a suggestion comes from a person rather than a bot. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and run that check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Anthropic: the text of each suggestion (not your IP address or browser ID) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to help moderators spot spam, leaks and duplicates. It is not used to train Anthropic's models.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

We do not sell or share personal information, and the site shows no ads. If that changes, this page will say so first.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Suggestions ask for no personal details.

Your choices

You can use every part of the site without sending anything. To ask about or delete anything we hold, contact contact@ocarinatracker.com.
