# Pieces of Heart in Zora's River

In the original Ocarina of Time, Zora's River has **4 Pieces of Heart** (of 36 in the game). This list is for the Nintendo Switch 2 remake and is checked against it as players confirm each one. How to get each:

- **Pillar near the entrance** — A piece sits on a tall rock pillar in the lower river. Float over with a Cucco from the raised path or retrieve it with the Boomerang.
- **Cliff ledge by the waterfall** — On the high cliff near the top of the river a second piece sits on a ledge. Glide down to it with a Cucco carried from the lower area.
- **Frogs: Song of Storms** — Stand on the log in the river beside the frogs and play the Song of Storms. The frogs grow and hand over a Piece of Heart.
- **Frogs: bug-catching rhythm game** — After all five frogs have grown from hearing each song, they ask you to play the note of whichever frog opens its mouth when a bug flies by. Hit every cue to win the piece.
