# Pieces of Heart in Death Mountain Crater

In the original Ocarina of Time, Death Mountain Crater has **2 Pieces of Heart** (of 36 in the game). This list is for the Nintendo Switch 2 remake and is checked against it as players confirm each one. How to get each:

- **Wall near the summit entrance** — Enter the crater from the Death Mountain summit and climb down the vine wall just inside. The piece sits on a ledge partway down.
- **Bean plant pillar** — Ride the grown bean plant from the soil near the warp point up to the tall rock pillar in the crater. The piece waits on top.
